1 – Prices

The selling prices in this web store include. Btw. All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, regardless of the order amount, are delivered without shipping costs.

2 – Purchase agreement

The purchase agreement comes about when you place an order in our online store. For confirmation, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Not receiving mail? If so, check the spam folder as well, just to be sure.

3 – Paying

Payment of the order takes place in Buckaroo’s secure environment. You can choose from the following payment methods at checkout:

  1. iDEAL;
  2. PayPal;
  3. Credit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Vpay);
  4. MisterCash (For customers from Belgium);
  5. Transfer

4 – Shipping

Upon receipt of the order and payment, shipping will take place within 48 hours with MY PARCEL from PostNL to the address you provide. For more information about receiving a package via PostNL, check out this page.

Shipping costs
All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered free of charge to the address you provide. We do not use
no
minimum order value.

5 – Out of stock

It may happen that an item you ordered is out of stock, in this case we will contact you. Sometimes the item is still available but takes a little longer (+/- 2 weeks), but in some cases we have to offer an alternative. Should no alternative be available we will refund the amount paid.

Not in your size?
Have you found the right garment but it’s out of stock? Please feel free to contact us, we may still have that garment in the store, or be able to reorder it. Our contact information is at the bottom of this page.

6 – Exchanges and returns

You have the right to return the item within 7 business days. For this, please contact us first so we can solve the problem together. Perhaps we can offer an alternative, provide good assistance with size choice or else we will discuss returning and then sort the amount back.

Also, the garment – for both exchanges and returns – must meet a number of requirements:

  1. The garment should be unworn
  2. Existing labels should still be attached to the garment
  3. Packaged in original packaging

Shipping costs
For exchanges, shipping costs are at your own expense.

When we have received the package we check the above requirements. If the package meets the requirements, we will refund the paid amount within 14 working days. You are also always welcome in our store in Zwolle where you will find a wide selection of items and can exchange or return the item(s) under the same conditions as above.

7 – Faulty product

If an item received shows damage, stains or weaving errors, we ask that you contact us within 3 days. We will exchange the item at our expense. If we do not have a replacement item we will make every effort to effect a correct resolution.

Color differs
The real color of an item may differ from the color you see on your screen. This is different for each screen. Keep this in mind before contacting us. Does the color vary too much? If so, please contact us within 3 days.

8 – Dutch law

On agreements between Allsize Webwinkel and the consumer to which these general conditions relate, only Dutch law applies.
